What if you are out of stock of an item I have ordered?
If we are out of stock of anything on your order we will notify you within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CST, by phone or email. We will also let you know when the item will be back in stock and you can decide if you still want the order to be processed. We will hold the remainder of your order until the out-of-stock item comes in and then ship out your entire order. We will not charge your credit card if the item is not in stock.

How do you ship orders?
We ship orders by UPS Ground within the contiguous United States. See Table below.
Do you accept International orders?
We accept orders from Alaska and Canada only with a $100.00 minimum order. Call for international shipping rates.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
We do not have a minimum dollar amount order. We do have a minimum yardage amount which is 1 yard and after that 1/2 yard increments.
What terms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards.
Do you send swatches of fabric?
Yes. We will be happy to send you a small sample swatch of the fabric before we proceed with your order. This will let you see and feel the fabric before making a purchase.

What is your return policy?
As always, once the fabrics are cut and sent, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the fabric is defective. Please double check your measurements, all sales are final.
NOTE: Due to viewer settings on your monitor, and the differences between computers, colors and/or dye lots may vary. If there is any doubt, please request a sample swatch.
